•Mr. Bansi Shah is Chief Executive Officer at KG Industries, a premier engineering services and workforce solutions provider headquartered in NYC. As CEO he is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision of the company. Among many roles, he is instrumental in driving growth across KG’s professional business lines, which includes supporting key NYC construction initiatives, while expanding the company's dominant core office and industrial staffing business – of which it is the market leader across New York City. •Mr. Shah is involved in a number of professional and technical organizations. He served the Society of Indo American Engineers and Architects a 900 member organization as a President from 2007-2009. He has a real passion for community service and it was during his tenure SIAEA became a well-known regional organization of engineers and architects. He also laid the groundwork for grass root membership meetings in the Tri-State area that mentors job-seekers . Under his tenure, SIAEA surpassed an attendance of 1000 members and guests in the Annual Gala, an event held for the first time at the prestigious Grand Hyatt, NY. With all the bold steps he took during his two years as president, SIAEA came through to reach new heights and the organization got an unsurpassed recognition, earning Bansi Shah the nick name LION OF THE SOCIETY.  In 2009 Bansi was honored by School Business Partnership of Long Island for his contribution to the community and has also been awarded by Sixty over Sixty Gala in Long Island for his commitment to great community service.
